1st instalment (Sign Consent day)#1 = $10,000
2nd instalment (Dispensing day or Start cycle day) #2,3 = $53,000
3rd instalment (Egg collection day)#4,5,6 = $56,000
Package includes—
◽️ Before treatment cycle:
– Consultation and ultrasound scan on the day of signing the consent
– Screening tests related to the treatment cycle
– Registration and document preparation in the IVF Centre
◽️ During treatment cycle:
– Consultations and ultrasound scans during the treatment cycle (Unlimited number of visits)
– Surcharge for follow-up on Sunday or Public Holiday (Only if recommended by the doctor)
– Regular medications related to the treatment (Unlimited stimulation drug dosages)
– Blood hormone tests during the treatment cycle
◽️ Egg collection:
– Doctor’s fee for egg collection (Unlimited number of eggs)
– IVF Centre fee for egg collection (Unlimited number of eggs)
– Anaesthetist’s fee and medication fee for monitored anaesthetic care (MAC)
– Surcharge for egg collection on Sunday or Public Holiday
◽️ After egg collection:
Insemination fee:
– Conventional insemination or ICSI (Unlimited number of eggs)
– Embryo culture including Blastocyst culture fee (Unlimited number of embryos)
– Embryo freezing fee (Unlimited number of embryos) Embryo storage tubes (Unlimited number of embryos or tubes)
– Embryo storage fee for 6 months One follow-up consultation with the doctor within one week after the egg collection procedure to discuss embryo quality.
Remarks#：
1) If the patient fails to start the treatment cycle within 60 days of signing the Consent form, the payment for the 1st installment of the IVF Package will not be refunded, either in part or in total.
2) If the patient has taken the medications but fails to start the treatment cycle within 60 days of signing the Consent, the payment for the 1st and 2nd installment of the IVF Package will not be refunded, either in part or in total.
3) If the patient terminates the treatment cycle on her own accord or cancel the Egg collection procedure due to unsatisfactory ovarian response, any payment that has been made in relation to the IVF Package will not be refunded, either in part or in total.
4) On the day of the Egg collection, if the patient has ovulated before the start of the egg collection procedure, the procedure will be canceled and the patient does not have to pay the remaining fee of the IVF Package. However, any payment that has already been made in relation to the IVF Package will not be refunded, either in part or in total.
5) If the egg collection procedure has been carried out, but no egg can be collected after the procedure, the patient does not have to pay the remaining fee of the IVF Package. However, any payment that has already been made in relation to the IVF Package will not be refunded, either in part or in total.
6) If there is no fertilized egg or embryo, any payment that has already been made in relation to the IVF Package will not be refunded, either in part or in total.
Terms and Conditions
1) The patient cannot designate a doctor or IVF center when using the IVF Package. The ovarian stimulation protocol and the type of medications will be decided by the doctor. The IVF package fee covers regular medications, examination, investigation and services only.
2) The Package fee covers the fees of the Centre and the IVF center only, and does not include the fees if the patient needs to arrange for examination, prescription and injection in other hospitals.
3) The IVF cycle has to be started within 60 days of signing the IVF consent. Otherwise, the fees related to the treatment cycle, including those related to ovarian stimulation, egg collection and embryo culture procedure will be charged according to the standard charges of the Centre.
4) All package payments made are non-refundable, either in part or in total.
5) The Centre has the discretion to withdraw from the package arrangement at any time without prior notice, and in such a scenario, the standard charges of the Centre should apply.
6) The package fee will be adjusted from time to time. Patients will be required to pay the prevailing price when using the package.
7) In case of any dispute, the decision of the Centre shall be final.
