The health check will be conducted in two sessions.

On the day of Nurse’s Consultation, the following will be performed:

    • Basic health measurements;

    • Blood tests;

    • Urinalysis;

    • A man who has chosen the Advance Plan and wishes to submit the semen sample on the day of Nurse’s Consultation can refer to the instructions stated in Preparations before a Semen Analysis. Those who have not followed the instructions will have to submit the semen sample on another day.

On the day of Doctor’s Consultation, the following will be performed:

    • Health assessment by doctor;

    • Examination of the woman including ultrasound scan of the pelvis;

    • A women who has chosen the Advance Plan will have a Cervical smear (Pap smear) test;

    • Explanation of laboratory test reports;

    • Doctor’s advice.

* A Combination Plan is ONLY applicable to a couple attending the Doctor’s Consultation TOGETHER. A couple in Combination Plan will share the same medical record folder, report folder and receipt.


Advice on the collection of your semen sample:

  1. Abstain for 3-7 days before collecting the semen sample.

  2. Wash hands and the genital with soap and clean water, then dry with a paper towel before collecting the semen sample.

  3. The entire ejaculate should go directly into the sterile container supplied.

  4. Once collected, the semen sample must be kept as near to body temperature as possible. DO NOT PUT IT IN AN ICE WRAP. Keep the container upright and in an inside pocket during the journey to the laboratory.

  5. The semen sample should reach the laboratory within one hour of collection
